We are Mink-Friendly!

Don't be misled that you are buying animal-friendly products if you are buying lashes made from Mink!

Consider these following information about Mink Lashes:

mink

These lashes are said to be made from high-quality Siberian or Chinese minks’ fur, which is a very soft material. The tails of the animals are gently brushed to collect the hair, which is properly sterilized and cleaned afterwards to guarantee the high quality of the extensions and to reduce the possibility of an allergy to a minimum. The animals are never harmed in any way during the procedure. Because these mink eyelash extensions are made from natural fur, they have an extra natural quality that cannot be matched with synthetic materials. Often, people may not recognize that you’re wearing these lashes and mistake them for your own.

Good. Except that it isn't at all.

Although Mink lashes do come from Siberian or Chinese mink, the fur used for false eyelashes is not euphemistically gently brushed off the tails of these poor animals.  Rather, they are systematically grown in fur farms where conditions are harsh at best. They are caged under stressful conditions and suffer immensely until they are killed for their fur.

Secondly, due to the high demand of real mink lashes, it is almost impossible to test each batch for microbial/parasitic presence which could become a source of infection for its users.

At Klinqe Lashes Australia, we’re passionately against animal cruelty, which is why we do not and never will use real mink fur for our faux lashes. Instead, we use premium quality, vegan, and cruelty-free synthetic fibers. They’re extremely lightweight, durable and waterproof.
